Spring 2013
Spring is on our doorstep and the latest trends are waiting around the corner, they consist of soft pastels, versatile monochromes and bold brights. I've put together ten of my pieces which match the trends for this spring. If you do have some of these pieces then show me how you wear them!

Nomination - Fashion Award
Today is my birthday! - and I have been nominated by The Hot 500 for Best Fashion Business Award.
The Hot 500:
Im up against two other brilliant businesses so fingers crossed I win, however just being nominated is such a honour. Over the next 3 weeks everyone who has been nominated for an award will have their business profile shown on The Hot 500 blog so you can get to know each individual. The general public can vote for the People's Choice Award which will be open to vote once each business profile has been shown.
Have a read through the other business profiles as they're pretty awesome! The ones I have a pleasure to know are fellow fashion nominee Chloe Tomalin from 31bStore, Scene Birmingham's Jessica Fitzpatrick and Katie Smith from Tastes Marvellous. So yeah, if you feel as though I should win, then please do vote for me (It is my birthday after all!)
I'll let you all know when the voting is open and thank you to The Hot 500 for nominating me! The awards night is being held at the Aston Villa Football Club on April 24th and the winners will be announced on the night.

My Style
Ok so I admit I'm not the most stylish of people but I do have fun with my fashion sense. Most of my clothes are either comfy, colourful or a bargain that I couldn't resist. I warn you now, I don't like shoe shopping so you will see my Rocket Dogs quite a lot and yes I know they're dirty but thats the way I like them :)

The bracelet is similar to my personalised one where you can choose the colour of the cord. Colours include black, navy, turquoise, red, yellow, hot pink, pale blue and deep purple.

Hello, some of you may know me but if you don't - my name is Lynsey Harris and I'm the creator of the quirky brand Lynsey Luu.
Quick Introduction to Lynsey Luu :)
Some jewellery is designed to sit subtly around your neck or twinkle delicately from your earlobes; plus some clothing just blends into the background. All well and good, but there are times when you need to be loud, proud and ever so brilliantly bonkers. For those times, look no further than the quirky collection from Lynsey Luu.
So yea, my stuff is weird and wonderful (a bit like myself). I'm currently 23 (24 on the 19th so feel free to send me prezzies), I have two cheeky Jack Russells called Alex & Maisie and I like the occasional vodka & cranberry.
This blog is an extension to the one I have on my website as I would like to interact with other bloggers, my customers or anyone who fancies looking behind the scenes of my brand but on a platform that is easier to use e.g blogger. I will update both blogs regularly, however the one on my website will be a round up of this one.
So if you're after something a little odd and unusual or you want to be nosey then thats fine with me. If you do have time to leave comments then that would be great as I'll use it to improve my brand :)
